AmeriCare Communities and Living centers is a company providing condominiums, assisted living facilities, affordable housing apartments and long-term care facilities for seniors. They currently operate over 30 facilities in four states.

As this company grew, they realized they needed not only a strong web presence, but a corporate-wide communication system to keep these national facilities in touch.

After assessing the needs of AmeriCare, Photongarden created a thorough proposal, outlining the different paths to reach their end goal.

We then created a website, corporate email system, dynamic email directories, and tracking tools to help AmeriCare employees contact each other, manage daily operations, and stay in touch with their clients.

By utilizing the latest database technologies and web programming, we were able to create a site that is easy to administrate by AmeriCare staff, who can add facilities, job postings, and dynamically create pages from a simple interface. They are also able to track facility census information from a web interface, allowing them to see trends in their business.
